The developer of Sunrise Promenade at Lake Pleasant, a project located in Peoria, Arizona, required traffic signal design support for the intersection of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road as part of their offsite infrastructure improvements. The existing traffic signal at this intersection had three legs, but the project necessitated the addition of a fourth leg.
