Collette is a Project Engineer with 16 years of experience in traffic engineering. She has served municipal clients nationwide. In addition, she has served as the owner’s representative for reviewing private development studies and site plans for the purpose of issuing utility permits. Her background includes planning, design and operations projects such as traffic signal warrant studies, intersection design studies, alternatives analyses and traffic signal design. Collette’s background in traffic safety includes her master’s thesis on a Before and After Study of Dilemma Zone Protection Systems at Signalized Intersections.
